Is This Service
For You?

If you've changed jobs and have PF accounts scattered across multiple employers — GCA will consolidate them all into one active account.

You've changed jobs and have old PF accounts

Every employer creates a new PF account. If you've switched jobs without transferring, your old balances are sitting idle — losing out on active interest. GCA consolidates them all into your current account.

You have multiple UANs or duplicate accounts

If different employers assigned you different UANs, your PF is split across accounts that can't be easily merged. GCA identifies all linked accounts under your Aadhaar and consolidates them correctly.

Your transfer is stuck or was rejected

Transfer requests can get stuck for weeks due to employer approval delays, KYC mismatches, or portal errors. GCA tracks the status and resolves blockers until the transfer is successfully completed.

How It Works

Our Process
Step by Step

We handle everything from start to finish. You don't need to visit any office or follow up with EPFO yourself.

1

Free Initial Consultation

Call us or WhatsApp — tell us your situation. Our expert will review your UAN, check all linked PF accounts on the EPFO portal, and identify any blockers. No fees, no forms, no office visit required.

2

UAN Audit & Account Identification

We identify all PF accounts linked to your Aadhaar across every previous employer. We also check KYC status, name matching, and any pending approvals — fixing issues before filing to prevent transfer rejection.

3

Form 13 Submission

We prepare and submit Form 13 accurately with your previous and current employer details. Every member ID, establishment code, and account detail is verified before submission to ensure first-time success.

4

Employer Co-ordination & Follow-Up

PF transfers require approval from your previous employer. We co-ordinate directly with the employer or their PF trust to get the transfer approved — even in cases where the employer is slow to respond or the company has closed.

5

Confirmation Once Merged

We confirm once the transfer is successfully completed and the balance reflects in your active PF account. Typical timeline is 15–30 working days from submission, depending on employer response time and EPFO office workload.

Documents

What You'll
Need to Share

You don't need to gather anything in advance. Once you call us, we'll tell you exactly what's needed for your specific case. This is a general checklist for reference.

Good news: For most online transfers, physical documents are not required. GCA handles everything digitally — you only need to share details over WhatsApp.

Why PF Transfers
Get Stuck

Most transfer delays are preventable. GCA audits your account before filing — catching every blocker before it causes a rejection.

KYC Not Approved on Old Account

Your previous employer's PF account must have approved KYC before a transfer can be initiated. Pending or rejected KYC on the old account is the most common blocker.

Multiple UANs Not Deactivated

If you were assigned more than one UAN across employers, the duplicate must be deactivated before any transfer can proceed. EPFO will reject the request if two active UANs exist under the same Aadhaar.

Name Mismatch Between Old & New Account

Your name must be identical across all linked PF accounts. Even a minor spelling difference between your old employer's records and your current account will cause the transfer to fail.

Previous Employer Not Approving

Transfers initiated by the employee require approval from the previous employer on the EPFO portal. If the employer is slow, unresponsive, or the company has shut down, the transfer stays stuck indefinitely without intervention.

Incorrect Member ID or Establishment Code

Form 13 requires the exact member ID and establishment code from the previous employer. Even one wrong digit causes the transfer request to fail at the EPFO portal level.

Old Account in Exempted Trust

Some large employers manage their own PF trusts instead of EPFO. Transfers from exempted trusts follow a different process and are frequently rejected when filed through the standard EPFO portal route.

Is your transfer stuck or has it been rejected? GCA can still resolve it.

I had two UANs because one employer registered me separately. GCA got the duplicate UAN deactivated and then transferred the old balance to my active account. The whole process was done in under 25 days. Very smooth.

Changed 4 jobs in 8 years and had no idea my PF was scattered. GCA tracked down all 4 accounts, fixed a KYC mismatch on one of them, and transferred everything to my current account. Took about 35 days total. Worth every rupee.

FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

Common questions about PF withdrawal — answered clearly.

Once Form 13 is submitted, most transfers are completed within 15–30 working days. The timeline depends on how quickly your previous employer approves the request on the portal and your EPFO regional office workload. GCA tracks the transfer status throughout and follows up with the employer directly if there are delays.
Yes — if your previous employer is unresponsive or the company has shut down, GCA can initiate the transfer through an alternate route on the EPFO portal that does not require employer approval. This is a slightly different process and takes a few extra days, but it works reliably in most cases.
Having multiple UANs is common when different employers register you separately. The duplicate UAN must be deactivated first before any transfer can happen. GCA handles this by submitting a UAN merger request with EPFO, linking all accounts under your Aadhaar, and then proceeding with the transfer — all in one engagement.
A stuck transfer almost always traces back to one of three things — employer approval pending, a KYC mismatch on the old account, or a portal error. GCA audits the full transfer history, identifies the exact blocker, and resolves it directly. Most stuck transfers are cleared within 7–10 days of GCA taking over the case.
No. PF transfers are processed entirely online through the EPFO unified portal. GCA handles everything digitally — you only need to share your UAN, Aadhaar, and employer details over WhatsApp. No office visit to EPFO or your previous employer is required in almost all cases.
Yes, but the process is different from a standard EPFO-to-EPFO transfer. Exempted trusts are managed by large employers independently of EPFO. Transferring out of them requires co-ordination between the trust and EPFO directly. GCA has experience handling exempted trust transfers and will guide you through the exact process for your case.

Is Your Case Complicated?

Multiple accounts, duplicate UANs, closed employers, exempted trusts — GCA has handled it all. Don't let a stuck transfer stress you out any further.
