By engaging the services of Girish Chaudhary Associates, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Our Services

Girish Chaudhary Associates provides EPF consultation services including:

• PF withdrawal assistance (Form 19, 10C, 31)
• PF transfer services (Form 13)
• Joint Declaration for record corrections
• KYC update and verification assistance
• ESIC compliance and advisory services

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete documentation required for EPF processing
• Ensuring all information submitted is truthful and up to date
• Responding promptly to our requests for additional information

Fees and Payments

Service fees are discussed and agreed upon before commencement of any work. All fees are non-refundable once work has begun, as our team invests time and expertise from the start of each engagement.

Processing Timelines

We strive to process all claims efficiently. However, timelines depend on EPFO/ESIC systems, employer cooperation and regulatory requirements which are outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Girish Chaudhary Associates shall not be liable for delays caused by EPFO systems, employer non-cooperation, government regulatory changes or force majeure events.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. Your payroll and employee data is handled with complete discretion.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
