Is This Service
For You?

If your KYC is pending, rejected, or blocking your withdrawal — GCA will get it approved on the EPFO portal.

Your KYC is pending or rejected on the portal

The EPFO portal shows KYC as pending or rejected and your withdrawal keeps failing. GCA identifies the exact blocker — Aadhaar seeding, name mismatch, or bank details — and resolves it correctly.

Your Aadhaar is not linked or OTP is failing

Aadhaar must be seeded and OTP-verified on the EPFO portal before any claim can be processed. GCA handles the seeding process and resolves OTP failures caused by mobile number mismatches or Aadhaar update issues.

Your PAN or bank details need to be updated

PAN must be linked for TDS exemption and your bank account details on the portal must exactly match your actual account. GCA updates both correctly and co-ordinates employer approval where required.

How It Works

Our Process
Step by Step

We handle everything from start to finish. You don't need to visit any office or follow up with EPFO yourself.

1

Free Initial Consultation

Call us or WhatsApp — tell us your situation. Our expert will review your UAN, check your KYC status on the EPFO portal, and identify exactly which details are pending, rejected, or mismatched. No fees, no forms, no office visit required.

2

Full KYC Audit

We audit every KYC detail on your EPFO portal — Aadhaar seeding status, OTP verification, PAN linking, bank account name and IFSC match, and employer approval status. We identify all gaps before making any submission.

3

KYC Correction & Submission

We submit the correct KYC details through the EPFO unified portal — Aadhaar seeding, PAN linking, and bank account update. Where the name doesn't match Aadhaar, we file a Joint Declaration first to clear the root cause before updating KYC.

4

Employer Approval Co-ordination

Most KYC updates require employer approval on the EPFO portal. We co-ordinate directly with your employer's HR to get the approval done quickly — even when employers are unresponsive or the company has closed down.

5

Confirmation Once KYC is Approved

We confirm once your KYC status shows as approved on the EPFO portal. Typical timeline is 7–15 working days from submission depending on employer response time. Once approved, your withdrawal or transfer will process without any further KYC-related rejections.

Documents

What You'll
Need to Share

You don't need to gather anything in advance. Once you call us, we'll tell you exactly what's needed for your specific case. This is a general checklist for reference.

Good news: No physical documents need to be submitted anywhere. GCA handles the entire KYC update digitally — you only need to share photos or scans over WhatsApp.

Common Rejections

Why KYC Updates
Get Rejected

Most KYC rejections are avoidable. GCA audits your portal before submitting — fixing every mismatch before EPFO sees it.

Aadhaar OTP Failure

If your mobile number is not registered with Aadhaar or has changed, the OTP required for Aadhaar seeding will not arrive. This blocks the entire KYC process until the mobile number is updated with UIDAI first.

Bank Account Name Mismatch

The name on your bank account must match your EPFO records exactly. Even a minor difference — an initial, a middle name, or a different spelling — causes the bank verification to fail and KYC to be rejected.

EPFO Name Doesn't Match Aadhaar

KYC seeding requires your name in EPFO records to match Aadhaar character-for-character. If there's a mismatch, a Joint Declaration must be filed first to correct the name before KYC can be approved.

Employer Approval Pending for Months

KYC updates require employer approval on the EPFO portal. Many employers don't act on these requests promptly, leaving your KYC stuck in pending state indefinitely without someone following up directly.

Incorrect IFSC Code

Even one wrong digit in the IFSC code causes the bank verification to fail. EPFO validates the IFSC against the RBI database — if it doesn't match exactly, the KYC bank update is rejected outright.

Multiple KYC Submissions Conflicting

Submitting multiple KYC update requests simultaneously — for example bank and PAN at the same time without co-ordination — causes conflicts on the portal that result in all requests being rejected or stuck.

Is your KYC stuck or rejected? GCA can still resolve it.

My Aadhaar was not linked to UAN and the OTP kept failing because my old mobile number was registered. GCA guided me through updating the number with UIDAI first, then completed the seeding in one shot. Very patient and thorough.

My bank account update kept getting rejected because the IFSC was wrong in the EPFO records from years ago. GCA corrected it and got employer approval done in 8 days. Withdrawal processed without any issues after that.

I had no idea my PAN was not linked to my UAN. Every withdrawal attempt failed because of TDS issues. GCA linked the PAN, updated the KYC, and my full withdrawal amount came through without any deduction. Very professional.

FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

Common questions about PF withdrawal — answered clearly.

Once submitted correctly, KYC is typically approved within 7–15 working days. The main variable is how quickly your employer approves the request on the portal. GCA follows up directly with employers and resolves any portal errors to keep the process moving.
EPFO requires employer verification to prevent fraudulent KYC updates. When you submit a KYC update, it goes to your employer's EPFO login for approval before it is activated on your account. GCA co-ordinates this directly with HR departments to avoid delays.
For most KYC updates, employer approval is mandatory. However, if you are currently unemployed or your previous employer has shut down, GCA can use alternate EPFO processes to get certain KYC details updated without active employer co-operation. The approach depends on your specific situation.
Aadhaar OTP is sent to the mobile number registered with UIDAI. If your number has changed or was never registered, you need to update it at an Aadhaar Seva Kendra first. GCA will guide you through this process and then complete the seeding once the number is updated.
KYC is linked to your UAN, not individual employer accounts. Once your Aadhaar, PAN, and bank details are approved under your UAN, they apply across all PF accounts linked to that UAN. You only need to update once — but the current employer must approve the update.
Yes. Aadhaar seeding is mandatory for all online PF claims. If your Aadhaar is not seeded and verified, your withdrawal claim will be rejected automatically by the EPFO portal — regardless of how accurately the form is filled. GCA always resolves KYC first before filing any withdrawal claim.

Is Your KYC Still Pending?

Aadhaar not seeded, PAN not linked, bank rejected, employer not approving — GCA has handled it all. Don't let a stuck KYC delay your withdrawal any further.
